Privacy statement for visitors
 
This privacy statement is issued by Chiltern Magazine Services Ltd. It applies to visitors to www.biz-lib.com, and any other sites operated by the company. This does not apply to information collected from Vendors.

Information this site gathers
We collect individual name, company names and addresses, e-mail addresses, job titles, type of business, and corporate telephone and fax numbers. We also gather information about which contact pages and which product pages have been visited by companies.

This information can only be collected if you register, either to view contact information or to use one of the member services.

Sharing of the information this site gathers.
Information is shared with vendors where you have asked for a product or service provided by them directly (e.g a free newsletter or e-zine). Your request for the service is taken as implicit request for your data top be shared with the vendor. In other parts of the site you will be offered the opportunity to opted out (see below).

The privacy policies of vendors on this site is not under our control.

Opt out procedure
Visitors can opt out of the information sharing with vendors, with the exception of free newsletters and e-zines, as detailed above. If the visitor opts out, then the information given to the vendor cannot be linked to an individual. The information is limited to job title, country, and organisation type. This is used to give a profile of visitors and for the purposes of processing orders made through the Sopping Kart on this site.

If a visitor decides to opt out after registration the procedure is to e-mail: admin@cmsinfo.com.

Other uses of registration information
Information from the user registration is aggregated to provide statistics such as the percentages of visitors with different reasons to be on the site. This information is shared only as aggregate statistical information.

Cookies
The system records your e-mail address and if you access the Shopping Kart , places an encrypted version of your password in a cookie on your machine. These are on a per-session basis, ie they are removed from your computer when you close all of your browser sessions.

Log Files
Standard web server log files are used for statistical analysis. This information cannot be linked to your personal information and is used for statistical purposes only.

Third party advertising
Some graphics (advertisements) on the site may be provided by a third party. We do not provide personal information to any such third party which would allow them to associate your personal information with any information they may gather.

Security
Access to data is limited to key employees through use of passwords.

This web site contains links to other Web sites. Please note that when you click on one of these links, you are clicking to another Web site. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of these linked sites as their privacy policy may differ from ours.

E-mail
If a user contacts the site via email, he/she may receive communications other than the response to the initial e-mail, unless specifically requested by the user (i.e. the user will not be defaulted into receiving any secondary/promotional material).

Server
The server of this site is hosted by another company, but the information of the client are not shared with the server host.

If we are going to use your personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify you via e-mail. Otherwise please check this privacy statement.
